Terms of Service

1. The service

  • ErgLens is a rowing log app run by PPAI Lab. You log workouts and compare and cheer with the people in your challenge, on the web (rowing.ppai-lab.com) and on Android.
  • It is free for now. If paid features come, we will say so in the app and ask for your agreement before they start.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with Kakao. Use only your own account and don't pretend to be someone else.
  • The name you use and your records are visible to people in the same challenge (Privacy Policy, section 3).

3. Records and photos

  • What you upload stays yours. PPAI Lab uses it only as far as running the app needs: storing it, showing it in your challenge, and reading the numbers on photos.
  • Log only workouts you actually did. Don't upload other people's photos, made-up records, or names, text or photos that offend others. We may remove such content or block the account without notice.

4. About your health

  • Records, analysis and technique feedback in the app are for reference and are not medical advice. Exercise within your limits, and stop and talk to a professional if something hurts or feels wrong.

5. Changes and interruptions

  • Features may change. We announce major changes or the end of the service in the app in advance, and tell you how and until when you can download your records.
  • The app may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or when an outside service (Kakao, Google and others) has problems.

6. Liability

  • Unless there is intent or gross negligence, PPAI Lab is not liable for losses arising from using this free service, except where the law says otherwise.

7. Leaving

  • You can stop any time with Me → Delete account. What is deleted is listed in the Privacy Policy, section 7.

8. Changes to these terms and contact

  • We announce changes in the app 7 days before they take effect (30 days if they are less favourable to you) and ask for your agreement again.
